Berrigan (chocolate lab) at age 1.  Aptly named in honor and in loving memory of Philip Berrigan
and his older pale yellow lab cousin Willie at age 11.  Willie passed away on Feb 17, 2006.
Geordie (golden retriever & Australian shepherd) was rescued a few days later.

Berrigan in training. Berrigan with his buckshot bald spots still visible at the top of his head. Someone took a shot at him. Is it that surprising in this gun culture?

Berrigan just after he arrived at The Wobbly Way Winter 2002.

Just one more.

I can show my teeth just like my buddy Willie below.

Now, a happy and content dog.

Berrigan in the full muscular pose.

I've been chasing that red ball around all day.

Thirsty. Very thirsty.

Berrigan and his favorite thing in the world!

Always handsome, the noble WIllie. Sorely missed. Lovingly remembered.

              Willie: the best there is.

Geordie was given up by his owner when the farm he was living on in Ohio went belly up.  He made his way through the rescue dog system until he wound up in the State of New York near the Vermont Border.

Geordie was a bit under nourished when we got him and as a result his coat was red colored.  Good food and spoiling him a bunch got his beautiful brown color back.

Geordie is 7 years old (2008).  He has the uncanny ability of telling us when a family member is having a seizure.  He then takes care of them.  Geordie's brown coat is in the last image.
